Our Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Policy

  • To comply with all legal regulations and other obligations related to the environment and occupational health and safety in our industry;
  • To establish, implement, and continuously improve environmental and OHS management systems;
  • To reduce waste generated from our factory at the source and ensure its recovery whenever possible;
  • To follow developing technology and maximize the efficiency of our facilities to reduce losses;
  • To minimize the use of natural resources through continuous improvement efforts;
  • To raise awareness about environmental and occupational health and safety issues among all our employees and the individuals and companies we are in contact with;
  • To continuously improve our OHS and environmental performance, and to consider health and safety and environmental impacts in our new investments;
  • To establish and continuously improve an integrated management system focused on preventing all workplace accidents, occupational diseases, environmental damage, and non-conformities;
  • To comply with applicable legal requirements;
  • To establish measurable performance indicators and monitor them through regular audits;
  • To create a supportive organizational culture that requires visible leadership and clear responsibility;
  • To identify risks and requirements and regularly update emergency procedures;
  • To promote awareness that the determined objectives can be achieved through effective communication with our stakeholders and by encouraging safe behavior and contributions from all employees.
