The recruitment process consists of three stages. First, the candidates are assessed by the human resources experts with competency interviews to check whether the candidates match Rhofa Energy and the basic requirements of the position. The successful candidates will be interviewed by the managers of the open position. The candidates with a successful outcome after these interviews will receive a job offer and the candidate is recruited if the candidate accepts this offer.
