The compensation system is applied separately for each position and is determined in proportion to the importance of the job, the nature/effort required, and the responsibility it entails.
In our company, Supplementary Health Insurance and transportation support are provided for all positions. In addition, depending on the requirements of the position, a company vehicle may be allocated to certain roles on a temporary or permanent basis. Furthermore, in line with the company’s financial performance, employees may also receive periodic and/or year-end cash and/or in-kind rewards.
