Our Human Resources Policy

Our Wage and Fringe Benefits Policy

Our compensation policy is designed to ensure a continuous increase in the work efficiency of our employees within the framework of the country’s general economic conditions and the company’s financial capabilities. It is fair and aims to maintain harmony at work. The compensation system is applied separately for each position and is determined in proportion to the importance of the job, the nature/effort required, and the responsibility it entails.

In our company, Supplementary Health Insurance and transportation support are provided for all positions. In addition, depending on the requirements of the position, a company vehicle may be allocated to certain roles on a temporary or permanent basis. Furthermore, in line with the company’s financial performance, employees may also receive periodic and/or year-end cash and/or in-kind rewards.

Human Resources Selection and Placement Processes

In our organization, recruitment operations for the positions we need are managed through professional selection and evaluation processes. Job postings for our open positions are published on the Kariyer.Net recruitment portal and LinkedIn social media accounts.

Applications made in response to our Human Resources postings are carefully reviewed and evaluated by our HR Department. Interviews conducted with candidates invited for a meeting are documented and analyzed in detail, and suitable candidates are offered a position aligned with their skills, experience, and qualifications.

An orientation and onboarding program appropriate to the position is applied to the employee who has accepted the job offer and has been recruited.
